George Foreman Grill & Griddle Combo
We designed this combo appliance to give you two cooking surfaces in one footprint. One side delivers our signature fat-reducing grill plate with the sloped design that drains grease away from your food. The other side offers a flat griddle surface for pancakes, eggs, grilled cheese, and anything else that needs even contact heat.

We engineered the plates to click in and out without tools. Slide the release tabs, lift the plate, and snap in the other surface. The grill plate features our angled channels that route grease toward the front drip tray — the same geometry we use across our classic grill lineup for consistent fat reduction.

Temperature control & cooking surface size
The combo unit heats to a fixed 400°F — our optimal balance for searing protein without scorching vegetables. The red power light turns on when you plug in the appliance; the green ready light illuminates once the plates reach full temperature, usually within five minutes.
Each plate measures 10 inches by 12 inches, giving you 120 square inches per side. That’s enough room for four burger patties on the grill or six strips of bacon on the griddle. The floating hinge lifts to 1.5 inches, so you can close the lid on thick chicken breasts or double-stacked sandwiches. When you need both surfaces at once, cook in batches — grill the meat first, then swap to the griddle for hash browns.

What’s included in the box
You’ll receive the main grill body, one sloped grill plate, one flat griddle plate, a removable drip tray, and a quick-start guide. The drip tray slides into a slot beneath the front edge of the grill and catches rendered fat and excess marinade.
We also include a plastic spatula safe for nonstick surfaces. The quick-start guide covers preheating times, plate installation, and basic cleaning steps. Our warranty card is tucked into the packaging — register your unit within 30 days to activate the three-year coverage on heating elements and hinge assembly.

Common questions about the Grill & Griddle Combo
No, the unit has one heating element that accommodates one plate at a time. You’ll need to swap the plates between cooking sessions. The good news is that changing plates takes less than 30 seconds — just slide the release tabs, lift out the current plate, and snap in the other one.
The unit has two indicator lights on the front handle. The red power light turns on when you plug it in. The green ready light illuminates when the plate reaches 400°F, which usually takes four to five minutes from a cold start. Wait for the green light before adding food.
Yes, both the grill plate and the griddle plate are dishwasher safe. Place them on the top rack to avoid direct exposure to the heating element at the bottom of your dishwasher. You can also hand wash them with warm soapy water and a soft sponge.
The grill plate has raised ridges and a sloped design that channels fat into the drip tray — ideal for burgers, steaks, and chicken. The griddle plate is completely flat, making it better for eggs, pancakes, bacon, and anything that needs even contact heat across the entire surface.
Yes, you can cook frozen burgers directly on the grill plate. They’ll take about 12 to 15 minutes to cook through, depending on thickness. We recommend flipping them halfway if they’re thicker than three-quarters of an inch. The floating hinge will accommodate the extra height while the patties thaw and cook.
The grill measures 14 inches wide by 13 inches deep when closed. You’ll want an additional two inches of clearance behind the unit for the cord and steam venting. When stored upright, it occupies a 6-inch by 13-inch footprint.
No, this model heats to a fixed 400°F. That temperature works well for most grilling and griddle tasks. If you need adjustable heat, consider our Evolve Grill System, which includes variable temperature control and additional plate options.
